Abstract (en)
The reel (1) has mandrel shaft (2) including a drive-side end piece (18), which is rotatably mounted by a bearing (4) that is provided in a machine frame (3). A clamping device (5) is arranged between the bearing and the shaft so that a frictional connection is produced between the bearing and the shaft in a clamped operating state. The clamping device includes a hydraulically actuated clamping sleeve with a cavity i.e. hollow cylinder, for receiving hydraulic medium. The drive-side end piece is fastened in the bearing by the clamping device.

Haspel zum Wickeln von Metallband, insbesondere von gewalztem Warmband, mit einer Dornwelle (2), die ein erstes Wellenendstück (18) aufweist, welches mittels zumindest eines im Maschinenrahmen (3) der Haspel vorgesehenen Lagers (4) drehbar gelagert ist, wobei zwischen dem zumindest einen Lager (4) und der Dornwelle (2) eine Spannvorrichtung (5) angeordnet ist, so dass in einem gespannten Betriebszustand eine reibschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem zumindest einen Lager (4) und der Dornwelle (2) herstellbar ist.
