Abstract (en)
The apparatus has a fixed part and a movable part (3). The fixed part is intended to be fastened to a wall, and includes an electrical switchgear mechanism, and an LED for generating a light flux. The moving part includes a base (7), an optical unit (8), and a reflector for directing the flow of light to the optical unit. A connecting unit (9) connects the movable part to the fixed part so that the movable part is rotatable relative to the fixed part at its base. The connecting unit includes a ring (10) forming a pivot connection with a cover (15) of the fixed part. An independent claim is also included for an assembly of an electric lighting apparatus and a recessed housing.

La présente invention concerne un appareillage (1) électrique éclairant, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une partie fixe et une partie mobile (3) : - la partie fixe destinée à être fixée à une paroi et comprenant un mécanisme d'appareillage électrique et au moins une source lumineuse pour générer un flux de lumière, cette source lumineuse étant portée sensiblement par une surface du mécanisme, cette surface définissant un plan de référence; - la partie mobile (3) comprenant au moins une base (7), une optique (8), un cache enjoliveur (21) et des moyens pour diriger le flux de lumière vers l'optique (8), lesquels comprennent un réflecteur principal (13) muni d'une pluralité de parois réfléchissantes (13a, 13b, 13c) ; l'appareillage comprenant au moins un moyen de liaison (9) de la partie mobile (3) à la partie fixe de sorte à ce que la partie mobile (3) soit mobile en rotation par rapport à la partie fixe, au niveau de sa base (7), les moyens de liaison (9) comprenant ici une bague (10) formant liaison pivot avec un couvercle (15) de la partie fixe.
