The base (6) of the housing (2) that is open upwards towards the at least one clip (4) has side members (10, 12) that protrude upwards and that are arranged at a distance to each other, and the at least one clip, provided that no cards or tickets are placed in the housing (2), is located partially between the side members (10, 12) and extends with one free end (36) at least approximately as far as the base (6).
