Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2013064439A1] The invention relates to a lamp holder for a motor vehicle lighting and/or signaling module or device. The holder includes a wall 104 of a housing 102 that has an opening 108, and a metal sheet 106 that also has an opening 108 and is attached to said wall 102 by means of overmolding 116. The overmolding makes it possible to ensure strict tolerances on the functional assembly dimension and, consequently, ensure locking torque within a low-value range. The sheet 106 can be placed directly against the inner surface of the wall 104, such that the means for attaching the base of the lamp to the metal sheet presses the sheet 106 against the wall 104. The invention also relates to a signaling or lighting module or device provided with said holder and to a corresponding method for creating the holder.
