The flat die (50) has a die case (1) having a facing in axial direction of a bearing surface. A Koller rail component (3) is positioned on bearing surface and is provided with several press channels (30). A projecting rim (5) is arranged in the radial direction relative to the Koller rail component when the Koller rail component rests on the bearing surface. An independent claim is included for a method for dissolving Koller rail component from die case.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flachmatrize zum Pelletieren eines Pressguts. Die Flachmatrize umfasst einen Matrizenkörper (1), der eine in axiale Richtung weisende Auflagefläche (2) aufweist. Außerdem umfasst die Flachmatrize ein auf die Auflagefläche (2) passendes Kollerbahn-Bauteil (3), das mit einer Mehrzahl von Presskanälen versehen ist. Erfindungsgemäß weist der Matrizenkörper (1) eine gegenüber der Auflagefläche vorspringende Einfassung (5) auf, welche in radialer Richtung bezogen auf das Kollerbahn-Bauteil (3) angeordnet ist, wenn das Kollerbahn-Bauteil (3) auf der Auflagefläche (2) aufliegt. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem eine Pelletpresse, welche eine erfindungsgemäße Flachmatrize verwendet und ein Verfahren zum Lösen des erfindungsgemäßen Kollerbahnbauteils (3) vom Matrizenkörper (1). Dadurch, dass die Kollerbahn erfindungsgemäß in einem vom Matrizenkörper (1) separaten Bauteil angeordnet ist, muss nach dem Verschleiß der Kollerbahn nicht mehr die gesamte Matrize, sondern nur noch das Kollerbahn-Bauteil (3) ausgetauscht werden, wodurch Kosten gespart werden.
