Abstract (en)
The method involves applying a priming layer (2) comprising resin and/or varnish to a side of a wood material board (1), and then pre-drying and/or pre-curing. The side of the wood material board is printed by a digital printing process, and a decorative layer (3) is formed. A protective layer (4) containing resin, radiation-curable varnish and/or polyurethane is applied to the decorative layer of the wood material board. A pre-drying and/or pre-curing of the protective layer applied to the decorative layer of the wood material board are carried out. An independent claim is included for a wood material board.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Bedrucken einer Holzwerkstoffplatte, insbesondere einer Holzfaserwerkstoffplatte, mittels eines Digitaldruckverfahrens umfassend die Schritte a) Bedrucken mindestens einer Seite einer Holzwerkstoffplatte (1) mittels Digitaldrucktechnik unter Ausbildung einer Druckschicht (3); b) Auftragen einer Schutzschicht (4) enthaltend mindestens ein Harz, mindestens einen strahlenhärtbaren Lack und/oder mindestens ein Polyurethan auf die Dekorschicht (3) der Holzwerkstoffplatte; und c) Antrocknen und/oder Angelieren der auf die Dekorschicht (3) der Holzwerkstoffplatte aufgetragenen Schutzschicht (4).
