Abstract (en)
A flushing device for a toilet, comprising a, preferably buit-in, reservoir for flushing water and a flushing mechanism received in the reservoir, and means protruding through a wall of the reservoir for introducing a cleaning tablet therein. A water-permeable holder for the tablet connects to the introducing means and extends in the reservoir. The holder extends in line with the introducing means over a considerable part of the reservoir. The holder can further be deformable, while it is also possible to envisage the holder being arranged movably, for instance pivotally, in the reservoir.
