Abstract (en)
The device has a rigid and impermeable insulation layer (3) comprising a contact face (31) adapted to be fixed on a wall (1) and an external face (32) opposed to the contact face, and a rigid, perforated facing plate (6). Parallelepiped spacers (4) are fixed on the external face to maintain the facing plate remote from the external face and to place an air strip (7) between the facing plate and the external face of the insulation layer. A layer (8) of a granular insulation material (9) i.e. porous granular insulator, is provided between the rigid insulation layer and the facing plate. An independent claim is also included for a method for outer thermal insulation of a wall of a building.

L'invention concerne un dispositif (2) d'isolation thermique par l'extérieur d'une paroi (1) de bâtiment, notamment applicable aux murs et aux toitures, comportant une couche (3) d'isolant rigide et imperméable adaptée pour être fixée par une face, dite face de contact (31), sur ladite paroi, caractérisé en ce que ladite couche (3) d'isolant rigide porte sur une face, dite face externe (32), opposée à la face de contact, des entretoises (4) adaptées pour maintenir une plaque (6) de parement rigide et perforée à distance de la face externe (32) et pour ménager une lame d'air (7) entre ladite plaque de parement et la face externe (32) de la couche (3) d'isolant rigide. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de mise en oeuvre d'un tel dispositif.
