[origin: EP2775087A1] The element (1) has elastic beads (6, 6') i.e. sealing beads, provided on a side that faces towards a ground. The beads are partially compressed in a mounted state. One of the beads (6) runs along a circumferential edge of the element. The other bead encircles an opening (4) i.e. elongated hole, for a fastening element. The element is made of ethylene propylene diene rubber. The element is designed like a plate. A positioning element (7) is provided on a side that faces towards a bracket, and cooperates with a positioning opening that is arranged at the bracket.
