Abstract (en)

The oven (1) has a combustion chamber (2) provided with a rear wall (3c) and two side walls, and an air channel (4) for supplying air into the combustion chamber. The air channel is arranged at the rear wall and/or one of the side walls and extended over widths of the rear wall and/or side wall such that air led by the air channel warms up by thermal radiation radiated from the combustion chamber. The rear wall and/or side walls form a thermal insulation layer for the air channel. The air flows along at a glass pane of an oven door (9). An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling an oven for heat generation.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ofen zur Wärmeerzeugung, insbesondere Holzofen, wie Scheitholzofen oder Pelletofen, der umfasst: einen Brennraum (2) mit einer Rückwand (3c) und zwei Seitenwänden (3a, 3b); und einen Sekundärluftkanal (4) zum Zuführen von Sekundärluft in den Brennraum (2), wobei der Sekundärluftkanal (4) an der Rückwand (3c) oder an einer der Seitenwände (3a, 3b) angeordnet ist und sich über die Breite der Rückwand (3c) bzw. der Seitenwand (3a, 3b) erstreckt, sodass die durch den Sekundärluftkanal (4) geführte Luft durch die von dem Brennraum (2) abgestrahlte Wärmestrahlung erwärmt wird und die in dem Sekundärluftkanal (4) vorhandene Luft eine Wärmeisolationsschicht für die Rückwand (3c) bzw. die Seitenwand (3a, 3b) bildet.
