Kocheinrichtung (1), umfassend ein Kochfeld (11) mit wenigstens einer Kochstelle (21) und mit einer zur Beheizung wenigstens eines Kochbereiches (31) vorgesehenen Heizeinrichtung (2) sowie mit einer Sensoreinrichtung (3) zur Erfassung wenigstens einer physikalischen Größe in einem Erfassungsbereich (83). Das Kochfeld (11) weist eine Trägereinrichtung (5) zum Positionieren wenigstens eines Gargutbehälters auf. Die Sensoreinrichtung (3) ist in Einbaulage des Kochfeldes (11) unterhalb der Trägereinrichtung (5) angeordnet. Es ist eine Dichtungseinrichtung (6) zur thermischen Isolierung vorgesehen. Die Dichtungseinrichtung (6) ist zwischen der Trägereinrichtung (5) und der Sensoreinrichtung (3) angeordnet.
