Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2013077793A1] A universal connection for vacuum cleaner nozzles comprising an adaptor (4) fitted for different vacuum cleaner pipes. According to the invention the adaptor- holder (2) is in one part (5) connected to a vacuum cleaner nozzle and in the other part (6) comprising an adaptor (4) and a ratchet (3) with an integrated spring (9) whereby the adaptor is fixed respective released axially by the ratchet (3) which normally is fixing the adaptor (4) by the side (8) in the cavity (7) which is arranged on the outside of the adaptor (4). The part (6) of the adaptor- holder (2) is inwardly shaped as a not cylindric tube comprising an existing design of a not cylindric vacuum cleaner pipe. The adaptor (4) is inwardly mainly shaped cylindric with different diameters at different length sections for matching different dimensions of cylindric vacuum cleaner pipes and with cavities, holes and knobs etc. for those cylindric vacuum cleaner pipes which shows a functionally need of it, and as an extension of the adaptor, inwardly arranged a comprising shape for additional designs of not cylindric vacuum cleaner pipes.
