Abstract (en)
The mattress (1) has an outer mattress covering (40) with volume portions with fillings whose material properties are selected by consideration of impairments of a user in body regions. The outer mattress covering is closed and comprises a frame structure (30) within which a supporting module (20) is provided. An inner mattress (10) is placed on the module. The inner mattress comprises a comfort layer (11) and an orthopedic layer (12) and the volume portions with the fillings enclosed in an inner mattress covering (16). The outer covering is provided with a slide fastener (41). The orthopedics layer is made natural material e.g. wool or down feather. The fillings are provided with different strain hardness or different foam materials such as viscoelastic foam material, latex foam material or cold foam or water deposits.

Die Matratze (1), die der Lagerung körperlich beeinträchtigter Anwender dient, umfasst eine äusseren Matratzenhülle (40), die Volumenanteile mit Füllungen (111, 112, 113, 114) einschliesst, deren Materialeigenschaften unter Berücksichtigung der Beeinträchtigungen des Anwenders in den betreffenden Körperzonen gewählt sind. Erfindungsgemäss ist die äussere Matratzenhülle (40) abschliessbar und schliesst eine Rahmenstruktur (30) ein, innerhalb der wenigstens ein Stützmodul (20) vorgesehen ist, auf dem eine Innenmatratze (10) abgelegt ist, die mehrere Lagen (11, 12, ...) sowie die Volumenanteile mit den entsprechenden Füllungen (111, 112, 113, 114) umfasst, die in einer inneren Matratzenhülle (16) eingeschlossen sind.
