Abstract (en)
The container has an inner cup (30) made of a material i.e. plastic, which blocks passage of foodstuffs. The inner cup extends from an upper cup edge over a cup wall in a direction of a cup bottom (60). The cup edge runs around a cup opening. The cup wall runs around a container axis (A). A reinforcing sleeve (10) partially around the cup wall, and is made of a stabilizing material. The sleeve includes a projection (11), which extends over the cup edge in a direction facing away from the cup bottom. The projection includes an axial height equal to or larger than 2 mm, 5 mm, preferably 10 mm. The stabilizing material is paper and cardboard. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a container.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter zum Aufnehmen flüssiger oder pastöser Lebensmittel mit einem Innenbecher (30) aus einem den Durchtritt des Lebensmittels hemmenden Material, wie etwa Kunststoff. Der Innenbecher hat eine Becheröffnung(34) in einem umlaufenden oberen Becherrand (32), eine um eine Behälterachse (A) umlaufende Becherwand (40) und einen Becherboden (60). Eine die Becherwand zumindest teilweise umlaufende Verstärkungsmanschette (10) aus einem stabilisierenden Material, wie etwa Papier oder Pappe, weist erfindungsgemäß einen sich über den oberen Becherrand hinaus erstreckenden Überstand (11) von vorzugsweise einigen Millimetern Höhe auf.
