Abstract (en)
The unit has a threshold block and a sleeper shoe partially surrounding the threshold block. The threshold block is arranged with a head portion (4), a foot portion (6), a set of side panels (7), and a bottom portion, where the head portion is longer and wider than the foot portion such that a shoulder (10) is provided between the head portion and the foot portion. An upper edge of the sleeper shoe is arranged with a circumferential sealing lip (14) that is directed upwards and outwards and rests against the shoulder.

Schwellenblockeinheit (1) für Eisenbahnschienensysteme bestehend aus einem Schwellenblock (2) und einem diesen Schwellenblock (2) teilweise umgebenden Schwellenschuh (3). Der Schwellenblock (2) hat einen Kopfbereich (4) und einen Fussbereich (6), wobei der Kopfbereich (4) den Fussbereich (6) in der Länge und Breite unter Bildung eines Absatzes (10) überragt. Am oberen Rand des Schwellenschuhs (3) ist eine umlaufende Dichtlippe (14) angeordnet, die nach oben und aussen gerichtet ist und am Absatz (10) anliegt.
