Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2779190A1] The block (80) has a switching unit comprising a moving contact with current passage branches (331, 332) connected to stationary contact (320) in closed position of the contacts. The stationary contact is in shape of J at contact area (37) with one of the branches such that direction of current circulating in the stationary contact is opposite to that of current in the branch. The stationary contact has a straight shape at contact area (39) with another branch such that the direction of current in the stationary contact is identical to that of current circulating in the latter branch. An independent claim is also included for an electrical switchgear device.
