[origin: WO2013072582A2] A spinal intervertebral implant, intended to be inserted between two successive vertebral bodies, comprising: - a volume (1) defining a lower face (2) and an upper face (3), a front face (4), and a rear face (5), and two side faces (6, 7) linking the two lower (2) and upper (3) faces, - first (8) and second (9) angled through-holes formed in the volume (1) in such a way as to open, at the two respective ends thereof, on the front face (4) and the lower (2) and upper (3) faces of the volume (1), respectively, - a first oblong attachment body (10) for attaching the volume (1), greater in length than the first angled hole (8), capable of engaging by front longitudinal insertion into the latter for implantation in the vertebral body adjacent to the lower face (2) of the volume (1), - a second oblong attachment body (11) for attaching the volume (1), greater in length than the second angled hole (9), capable of engaging by front longitudinal insertion into the latter for implantation in the vertebral body adjacent to the upper face (3) of the volume (1), - the first (8) and second (9) angled through-holes intersecting in such a way that one (11) of said first (10) and second (11) oblong attachment bodies forms a means for locking the other (10) of the first (10) and second (11) oblong attachment bodies, once the first (10) and second (11) oblong attachment bodies are in position in the first (8) and second (9) angled holes, respectively.
