[origin: DE102011118614B3] The support (2) has a set of adjacent deformation elements (21, 21a, 21b) i.e. air chambers, for setting region-wise height of the head support so as to tilt the head resting on the head support in two mutually perpendicular directions. The deformation elements have a rectangular longitudinal cross section with a shorter side along transverse direction of the support. The deformation elements are separately controlled for adjusting height of a region of the head support. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for stopping snoring (2) a method for operating a system for stopping snoring.
