Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2781646A1] The clothes dryer has cleaning device (10) that is provided with lint filter (5) whose sides (8,9) are arranged with respective suction nozzle (12) and air recirculation portion (13). The suction nozzle and air recirculation portion are connected to air conveying unit (16) via respective communication passage (14,17). The air conveying unit conveys air via fluff (15) into lint filter that filters lint from process air to be fed into air duct (7). Closure valves (20,21) are arranged in communication passages for stopping flow of air via communication passage. An independent claim is included for a method for operation of clothes dryer.
