[origin: EP2781826A1] The projection unit (100) has two optical modules (20) and an optical projection device (23), where each optical module is provided with LEDs (101) integral with a printed circuit board (26). A common control device (102) is provided for controlling the two optical modules, where the two optical modules and the control device are secured on a support (14). One of the two optical modules includes a heat dissipation unit (21) arranged to dissipate some of the heat generated by the LEDs, where the heat dissipation unit is in surface contact with the printed circuit board. An independent claim is also included for a projection device.
