[origin: WO2013076426A1] The invention relates to an applicator comprising bristles (6) and teeth, said bristles and teeth being moulded to form a single piece, as well as forming rings (3). Each ring comprises bristles and teeth that extend in the same plane perpendicular to an axis (10) of the applicator. The rings are such that there are at least two consecutive rings having different numbers of bristles from one another or different numbers of teeth from one another.
