[origin: WO2013076689A2] Device for altering the projection of and/or for returning to a plane, an awning part of a roller shutter or of a similar screen, which is wound up/down by a drive means, the awning part being guided on each side by a guideway (6) at least a lower part of which is articulated and can be moved away from the plane of the opening associated with the shutter when projection is desired, each bottom part of guideway being connected to a fixed part of a supporting structure or of a wall by a retractable projection arm (9) articulated, at one end, to a fixed point (M) and at its other end to a slider slideably mounted in the guideway (6) and which can be moved by a retractable drive member provided at the end of a slat (4a) of the awning part; the device comprises a prop (25) which is articulated at one end to a point (26) on the projection arm (9) and which at its other end comprises a pin (27) sliding in a vertical guide fitted with a stop means that allows the pin to be immobilized in a set position corresponding to the amount of projection.
