Abstract (en)
The crate has a separator arranged inside the crate. A base and side walls (2-5) are formed by plastic components and constructed from an inner base element (11), a lower and outer base element and inner side wall elements by an adhering or hot melt welding process. The base and the walls are firmly interconnected with one another by the adhering or welding process. The walls are provided on the base. Lower edges of the walls are welded or adhered to the base, and lateral edges of each wall are welded or adhered to the adjacent wall for formation of the crate.

Bei einem Kasten aus Kunststoff, insbesondere Flaschenkasten, mit einem Kastenboden und vier Seitenwänden und insbesondere einen im Inneren des Kastens angeordneten und vorzugsweise mit Mittelhandgriff versehenen Gefache (8) für die Aufnahme von Flaschen, ist bzw. sind der Boden (6) und/ oder die Seitenwände (2 bis 5; 102 bis 105) durch separate Bauelemente aus Kunststoff gebildet sind, wobei diese Bauelemente (2 bis 6; 102 bis 106) zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise aber insgesamt mehrschalig, insbesondere jeweils aus zwei Schalen aufgebaut sind, nämlich einem inneren und äußeren Schalenelement (11, 12; 14 bis 17, 24 bis 27; 112, 112; 114 bis 117; 124 bis 127), die durch Verkleben, insbesondere Heißschmelzverschweißung zur Bildung des Bodens (6) bzw. mindestens einer Seitenwand (2 bis 5; 102 bis 105) fest miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei die Bauelemente (2 bis 6; 102 bis 106) zur Bildung des Kastens durch Verklebung, insbesondere Heißschmelzverklebung miteinander fest verbunden sind.
