The wall element (1) has lifting devices (30, 35) operated by a drive unit (20) from a retracted position (50) to an extended position (51) and vice versa. The lifting devices and the drive unit are interconnected through flexible connecting elements (15, 18) preferably Bowden cable souls of Bowden cables (14, 17). The drive unit is arranged in a middle height of the main portion of the wall element. A thrust device (41) is movable through the drive unit in the retracted position and the extended position.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein verfahrbares Wandelement (1) mit mindestens einer deckenseitigen oder bodenseitigen, über eine Hubvorrichtung (30, 35) bewegbaren Dichtleiste (12, 13), wobei die Hubvorrichtung (30, 35) mit Hilfe einer Antriebseinheit (20) von einer eingefahrenen Position (50) in eine ausgefahrene Position (51) und umgekehrt bewegbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Hubvorrichtung (30, 35) und die Antriebseinheit (20) über ein flexibles Verbindungselement (15, 18), insbesondere eine Bowdenzugseele (15, 18) eines Bowdenzuges (14, 17), miteinander verbunden sind.
