Es wird eine Einzugsvorrichtung für einen Flügel einer Tür oder eines Fensters beschrieben, mit einer Welle, welche mit Hubkurvenscheiben versehen ist, wobei eine Hubkurvenscheibe, welche mit einer Schließfeder beaufschlagt ist, eine Arbeitskontur aufweist, und eine andere Hubkurvenscheibe eine Dämpfungskontur aufweist, welche mit einem mit einer Rückstellfeder beaufschlagten Dämpfungskolben zusammenwirkt. Die eine Dämpfungskontur ist zwischen zwei äußeren, identischen Arbeitskonturen auf der Welle angeordnet, und die Arbeitskontur weist in Bezug auf die Achse der Welle einen kreisförmigen Bereich auf.
