[origin: WO2009115380A1] The invention relates to special silicate-containing spray drying products which are suitable for use in and as washing and cleaning agents and to a method for the production thereof. Said spray drying products demonstrate a surprisingly good grain stability, an excellent water solubility and storage stability as well as good flow properties even at low bulk densities and reduced content of polycarboxylate copolymer and reduced content of anion surfactant. The invention also relates to a spray drying process allowing an increase of the throughput speed.

Es werden spezielle, Silicat-haltige Sprühtrocknungsprodukte, welche für den Einsatz in und als Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel geeignet sind, und Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung beschrieben. Diese Sprühtrocknungsprodukte weisen auch bei leichten Schüttgewichten, vermindertem Polycarboxylat-Copolymer-Gehalt und vermindertem Aniontensid-Gehalt eine überraschend gute Kornstabilität auf, zeigen eine sehr gute Wasserlöslichkeit, Lagerstabilität sowie gute Fließeigenschaften. Es wird außerdem ein Sprühtrocknungsverfahren beschrieben, welches eine Steigerung der Durchsatzgeschwindigkeit ermöglicht.
