[origin: WO2013083244A1] The invention relates to a filler element for filling containers (2) with liquid contents. Said filler element comprises: a liquid channel (9), formed in a filler element housing (8), which channel can be permeated by contents made available in a content vat (4), at least one liquid valve (14) in the liquid channel, a dispensing opening (11) for dispensing the contents to the respective container when the liquid valve is open, which dispensing opening is provided downstream of the liquid valve in the flow direction of the contents, and a Trinox tube adjusting the desired fill level of the contents in the container (2). A first open end (18.1), projecting over the dispensing opening, of said tube extends into the interior of the container during filling. In order to adjust the desired fill level, the pressure of a Trinox gas is applied to the container interior via the tube, thereby displacing excess contents from the container.
