[origin: WO2013087292A1] Described is a device (1) for adjusting a fill level in a housing region (2), which is connected to a further housing region (3) for exchanging fluid, and is operatively connected to a pressure side (5) of a pump arrangement (6). As the internal pressure increases in the housing region (2), which can be altered on the pump side, fluid can be progressively transferred from the one housing region (2) into the other housing region (3). The invention relates to a device (8), the operating state of which varies depending on the fluid fill level, wherein when a defined fluid fill level (9) exists in the housing region (2), the internal pressure in the housing region (2) can be adjusted by means of the device (8) to a pressure value equivalent to the defined fluid fill level (9).
