[origin: WO2013087640A1] The invention relates to a mobile identification transmitter (1) for activation of a security system (3) of a motor vehicle (2), in particular an access and/or driver authorization system, having a housing (10) wherein an electronic system (40) is arranged which can be brought into communication with the motor vehicle security system (3), and at least one actuation element (20) accessible to a user, said actuation element being suitable to actuate an electrical component (41) of the electronic system (40). According to the invention, the actuation element (20) consists of a main body (21) formed of plastic, and the actuation element (20) has an external metal coating (30) and an inner surface (22), which faces the electronic system (40) and has at least one free area (23) without the metal coating. A sealing element (13) produced of a flexible plastic is arranged between the electronic system (40) and the actuation element (20), the free area (23) of the actuation element (20) being affixed by the sealing element (13).
