Abstract (en)
A woven three-dimensional interval grid fabric with a crossed warp structure comprises an upper layer fabric texture (1), a lower layer fabric texture (2) and a supporting fabric texture (3), the upper layer fabric texture (1) and the lower layer fabric texture (2) being connected to form a whole body by the supporting fabric texture (3); the upper layer fabric texture (1) is a rectangular frame fabric, the lower layer fabric texture (2) is a plain wave fabric, 4 connecting yarns in the supporting fabric texture (3) in the direction of the breadth are in a triangular shape, 4 connecting yarns in the supporting fabric texture (3) in the length direction are in an © shape. The fabric is obtained by using a plain weaving-cross-waving-leno combination process. The fabric has a structure which comprises, in addition to crossing warp and weft warp not only from top to bottom and up and down, the upper layer fabric texture (1) having amphi-positioning warps which appears not only from top to bottom and up and down and moves transversly across many warp positions in the direction of the breadth; while the warp yarns and the weft yarns are crossing, every two amphi-positioning warp yarns tie the warp yarns therebetween in the lateral direction of the fabric to limit the postion thereof left and right.
