The control console (8) includes two half-consoles (81, 82), each of which is provided with at least one lever (811, 821) or button (812, 822, 813, 823) for manually controlling the boom lift, and arranged on either side of an operator on the platform in a position for using the levers or button with both hands, while the space (V8) located opposite the operator in said position has no control levers or buttons.
