[origin: WO2013091785A1] The invention relates to an improved patch antenna arrangement, characterised inter alia by the following features: a patch electrode (7) and a frame patch electrode (19) surrounding the patch electrode (7) are provided on a dielectric (5); a top patch (23) is also provided; the top patch (23) is arranged opposite the dielectric (5) at a distance from the patch electrode surface (7') and at a distance from the ring or frame patch electrode surface (19'); the top patch (23) has an extent in the longitudinal and transverse direction, such that the top patch (23) covers both the patch electrode surface (7') and the frame patch electrode surface (19') at least in some sections.
