[origin: WO2014173477A1] The invention relates to a foldable wheelchair (1) with two side frames (2), in each of which a front wheel (3) and a rear wheel (4) are mounted, and with a scissor-type element (5) which is arranged between the side frames (2) and has two scissor-type arms (6), wherein the scissor-type arms (6) are mounted pivotably in the side frames (2) in the region of the one scissor-type-element end (7). In the case of a wheelchair of this type, provision is made, according to the invention, for the scissor-type arms (6) to be mounted pivotably in the region of the other scissor-type-element end (9) in manually actuable actuating members (11) which are mounted pivotably in the side frames (2) at a distance from the pivot axis of the other scissor-type-element end (9) in the actuating members (11), and a folding hinge (12) which is mounted pivotably in the side frames (2) is arranged at a distance from the other scissor-type end (9), furthermore with an actuating means (13) which is connected pivotably to the folding hinge (12) at a distance from the mountings thereof in the side frames (2), and is effective between the folding hinge (12) and one of the actuating members (11) at a distance from the pivot axis of said actuating member (11) in the side frames (2) assigned thereto, and furthermore with means (14) for fixing at least one actuating member (11) relative to the side frame (2) assigned to said actuating member (11) in the unfolded position of the wheelchair (1).

Die Erfindung betrifft einen faltbarer Rollstuhl (1) mit zwei Seitenrahmen (2) in denen jeweils ein Vorderrad (3) und ein Hinterrad (4) gelagert ist, sowie mit einem zwischen den Seitenrahmen (2) angeordneten Scherenelement (5), das zwei Scherenarme (6) aufweist, wobei die Scherenarme (6) im Bereich des einen Scherenelementendes (7) schwenkbar in den Seitenrahmen (2) gelagert sind. Bei einem solchen Rollstuhl ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Scherenarme (6) im Bereich des anderen Scherenelementendes (9) schwenkbar in manuell betätigbaren Stellgliedern (11) gelagert sind, die, in Abstand zur Schwenkachse des anderen Scherenelementendes (9) in den Stellgliedern (11), schwenkbar in den Seitenrahmen (2) gelagert sind, sowie in Abstand zu dem anderen Scherenende (9) ein Faltscharnier (12) angeordnet ist, das schwenkbar in den Seitenrahmen (2) gelagert ist, ferner mit einem Stellmittel (13), das mit dem Faltscharnier (12), in Abstand zu dessen Lagerungen in den Seitenrahmen (2), schwenkbar verbunden ist und zwischen dem Faltscharnier (12) und einem der Stellglieder (11), in Abstand zu der Schwenkachse dieses Stellglieds (11) in den diesem zugeordneten Seitenrahmen (2), wirksam ist, ferner mit Mitteln (14) zum Festlegen mindestens eines Stellglieds (11) relativ zu dem diesem Stellglied (11) zugeordneten Seitenrahmen (2) in der auseinandergefalteten Stellung des Rollstuhls (1).
