[origin: WO2013098287A1] The invention relates to a thermal conductor (16) for an inter-wall space (14) of a lateral body of a container (2) for transporting and/or storing radioactive materials, the conductor (16) comprising a member (30) crossing the inter-wall space (14) and a connecting member (32) that bears against one (20) of the internal and external walls of the lateral body, the member (32) having points (36) for fastening to the wall (20) spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal direction of the conductor. According to the invention, the member (32) is split into segments along the longitudinal direction so as to define sections (32a) separated from each other by slits (40) arranged between the fastening points (36), each slit (40) extending through the strut member (30) and defining a closed end of this slit.
