Die Erfindung betrifft ein faserführendes Textilmaschinen-Kunststoffteil (1) zum Führen von Fasern oder eines hieraus hergestellten Fadens mit einer verschleißbeständigen Funktionsoberflächenschicht (7) aus einer chemisch abgeschiedenen Schicht, wobei die verschleißbeständige Funktionsoberflächenschicht (7) mittels an der Oberfläche des faserführenden Textilmaschinen-Kunststoffteils (1) erzeugten Kavernen mit dem faserführenden Textilmaschinen-Kunststoffteils (1) durch Formschluss besonders innig verbunden ist, sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen des faserführenden Textilmaschinen-Funktionsbauteils und Verwendung desselben.
