[origin: WO2014177279A1] The invention provides a method for the enzymatic degumming of triglycerides and for deoiling the plant oil gum produced during oil degumming, according to which method the triglyceride is brought into contact with at least one phosphatase and the gum phase is separated from the oil phase.

Die Erfindung stellt ein Verfahren zur enzymatischen Entschleimung von Triglyceriden und zur Entölung des Pflanzenölschleims, der bei der Ölentschleimung anfällt, bereit und umfasst das In-Kontakt-Bringen des Triglycerids mit mindestens einer Phosphatase sowie die Trennung der Schleimphase von der Ölphase.
