[origin: WO2014180894A1] The invention relates to an assembly for a roller mill. The roller mill comprises two rollers (1), rotatably mounted in a frame, pressed against each other and rotating in opposition. At least one of the rollers (1) is movable orthogonally to the axial direction of the rollers (1). The assembly comprises one of the rollers (1) and a drive, which comprises a rotationally fixed rotor (4) connected to the roller (1) having poles (42) and a stator (5) having stator coils (53) for generating a magnetic field which has effect on the poles (42). The stator (5) is offset to the rotor (4) in the axial direction of the roller (1) and the stator coils (53) and the poles (42) are arranged in a plane orthogonal to the axial direction of the roller (1) such that an air gap results in the axial direction of the roller (1) between the stator (5) and the rotor (4).
Abstract (de)
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Anordnung für eine Walzenmühle. Die Walzenmühle umfasst zwei gegeneinandergepresste, gegenläufig rotierende und in einem Rahmen drehbar gelagerte Walzen (1). Mindestens einer der Walzen (1) ist orthogonal zur axialen Richtung der Walzen (1) verschiebbar. Die Anordnung umfasst eine der Walzen (1) und einen Antrieb, welcher Antrieb einen drehfest mit der Walze (1) verbundenen Rotor (4) mit Polen (42) und einen Stator (5) mit Statorwicklungen (53) zur Erzeugung eines auf die Pole (42) wirkenden magnetischen Feldes umfasst. Der Stator (5) ist zum Rotor (4) in axialer Richtung der Walze (1) versetzt und die Statorwicklungen (53) und die Pole (42) sind in einer Ebene orthogonal zur axialen Richtung der Walze (1) angeordnet so, dass sich ein Luftspalt in axialer Richtung der Walze (1) zwischen dem Stator (5) und dem Rotor (4) ergibt.
