[origin: WO2013104632A1] The invention relates to a regulating member for a timepiece movement, comprising a vibrating oscillator (100) including a tuning fork or a vibrating plate (100) connected to a pallet assembly (80) having two impulse surfaces (81a, 81b) alternately receiving a mechanical impulse from the teeth (63) of an escape wheel (60), such as to maintain the isochronous oscillations of the vibrating oscillator and to move the escape wheel (60) forward by one tooth with each alternation of the oscillations, a barrel (32) driving the escape wheel via a clock mechanism (35). The moment applied to the pallet assembly by the impulse is substantially constant regardless of the tension from the barrel.
