Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a valve needle (100) for a fluid injector for opening and closing a fluid outlet side of the fluid injector, wherein the valve needle (100) has an elongated needle body (110), and the elongated needle body (110) is rod-shaped and has a multi-legged (114, 114, ...) cross-section (111). Further, the invention relates to a valve needle assembly and a valve assembly for a fluid injector. Furthermore, the invention relates to a fuel injector for an intake manifold or an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle.
