[origin: WO2013107652A1] In order to create a workplace light with which light reflections on screens and on monitor walls or glass surfaces can be reliably avoided, the invention relates to a tubular housing having an inner core in the form of an extruded profile (20) open towards the top and the bottom. Downward-directed LED spotlights (8) are installed in a recessed manner in the interior of the extruded profile (20). Upward-directed LED spotlights (7) are also arranged in the extruded profile (20). The extruded profile (20) has two lateral legs (21, 22) which have cylindrical outer surfaces and are surrounded in the manner of a shell by two outer covering shades in the form of tubular segments (4, 5). The two tubular segments (4, 5) can be rotated concentrically about the axis of the light for continuous variation of the beam angle range of the downward-directed LED spotlights (8).
