[origin: WO2009059729A2] The invention relates to a method for filling, closing, folding and transporting (tobacco) pouches (10). A revolver (24) is provided, said revolver rotating about a horizontal axis and comprising preferably six receiving elements (28) that are arranged along the periphery in the region of flat wall sections (29), said receiving elements being provided, respectively, for each pouch (10). Said pouches are transported further by the revolver (24), in a synchronised rotational manner, through several processing stations, in particular though a filling station, a suction station, a closing station and a winding station. Several part revolvers can be arranged adjacent to each other in the axial direction, respectively with corresponding receiving elements (28).
Abstract (de)
Bei der Fertigstellung von gefüllten Tabakbeuteln (10) geht es um die packungsgemäße Anbringung einer Wickellasche. Der Beutel (10) (mit gefüllter und verschlossener Tasche (12)) wird in einer Falt- bzw. Wickelstation (43) in aufrechter Ebene bereitgehalten. In einem ersten Schritt wird die Tasche (12) in abwärts gerichteter Schwenkbewegung gegen einen Mittelabschnitt der Wickellasche (16) umgefaltet. Sodann wird ein nach unten gerichtetes Endstück bzw. eine Randlasche der Wickellasche (16) in Aufwärtsrichtung gegen die freie, äußere Seite der Tasche (12) umgelegt.
