Abstract (en)
There is provided a single- or multiple-ply sack comprising a wall portion (48), a first end and a second end, wherein at least the first end is closed by folding and optionally gluing to form a first substantially rectangular end portion (45) having a first and a second short side (46a,46b), wherein the sack is reinforced by patches ((41a, 41b) covering edges defined by the short sides of each rectangular end portion (45), said patches only covering a part of the wall portion (48).
