A blade change is possible if the housing (11) is arranged in an open position relative to the handle (12). The knife (10) comprises at least one safety device (S) by means of which a movement into the cutting position and/or the open position can be prevented. The invention is characterized in that the safety device (S) comprises an actuation element (15) that can be moved into at least one first position in which movement into the open position is locked and into a second position in which movement into the cutting position is locked.
