[origin: WO2014191101A1] Disclosed is a device for forming an extended nip (1) between a counter roll (2) and a shoe roll (3) for machining a material web, wherein the shoe roll (3) has a support (4) and a flexible roll shell (5), which can rotate around the support (4) and which rests in the region of the extended nip (1) upon a head surface (7) of a press shoe (6) guided on the support (4), and the press shoe (6) displaceably rests on the support (4) in order to generate a press pressure via a pressure chamber (8, 9) to which fluid can be applied, the pressure chamber (8, 9) is disposed as a pressure pad (10), on which the press shoe (6) rests surficially on the rear side, wherein the pressure pad (10) is inserted into a groove-like chamber (11), wherein the press shoe (6) has a stamp-like section (12) on the rear side, which stamp-like section descends into an invaginable pressure pad (10) in order to perform reciprocating movements, and the pressure pad (10) is guidedly supported on the groove-like chamber (11) along a pressure pad lateral wall that forms a roll wall (13).

Vorrichtung zum Bilden eines Langspalts (1) zwischen einer Gegenwalze (2) und einer Schuhwalze (3) zum Behandeln einer Warenbahn, wobei die Schuhwalze (3) einen Träger (4) und einen um den Träger (4) drehbaren, flexiblen Walzenmantel (5) aufweist, der im Bereich des Langspalts (1) auf einer Kopffläche (7) eines am Träger (4) geführten Pressschuhs (6) abgestützt ist, und der Pressschuh (6) zur Erzeugung eines Pressdrucks über eine fluidbeaufschlagbare Druckkammer (8, 9) am Träger (4) bewegbar abgestützt ist, die Druckkammer (8, 9) als ein Druckkissen (10) ausgebildet ist, an dem der Pressschuh (6) sich rückseitig flächig abstützt, wobei das Druckkissen (10) in eine nutartige Kammer (11) eingelegt ist, wobei der Pressschuh (6) rückseitig einen stempelartigen Abschnitt (12) aufweist, der in ein einstülpbares Druckkissen (10) eintaucht zur Ausführung von Hubbewegungen und das Druckkissen (10) sich dazu über eine Rollwand (13) bildende Druckkissenseitenwand an der nutartigen Kammer (11) geführt abstützt.
