[origin: WO2013113346A1] The invention relates to a labelling unit for applying labels (2) to containers (3), comprising at least one vacuum drum (5) that can be rotationally driven about a drum axis in order to receive the labels (2) at a first transfer position (10) and in order to deliver the labels (2) at a second transfer position (11), and comprising a gluing device (12) arranged in the angular region of the rotational movement of the vacuum drum (5) between the transfer positions (10, 11) in order to glue the labels (2) that are moved past the gluing device (12) by the vacuum drum (5).
