[origin: CN104229285A] The invention discloses a beverage container with a drinking vessel, a drink cover and a thread ring, wherein the beverage container comprises an internal space, an annular vessel opening, an opening edge for enclosing the opening and an external thread. The drink cover comprises a bottom wall; an annular flange used for enclosing the bottom wall and leaning against an opening edge of the drinking vessel; a drink element, projecting from base wall outwards; and a sealing apparatus, used for sealing and opening a channel from an internal space to the outside of a mouth part, wherein the mouth part can be opened for drinking, or else can be closed. A ventilating channel is arranged on a base side of the annular flange or a top side of the opening edge, wherein the ventilating channel extends from an opening of an internal channel to an opening of an external channel. The opening of an internal channel is arranged in an internal space radially inwards and led to an internal sapce of the drink vessel. An opening of an external channel is arranged radially and led to external environment, so that the annular flange is fixedly arranged on the opening edge through the thread ring resisted in a close way.

Trinkbehälter mit einem Trinkgefäß, einem Trinkaufsatz und einem Schraubring, wobei - das Trinkgefäß einen Innenraum, eine kreisrunde Gefäßöffnung, einen die Gefäßöffnung umgebenden Öffnungsrand und ein Außengewinde neben der Gefäßöffnung aufweist, - der Trinkaufsatz eine Bodenwand, einen um die Bodenwand umlaufenden Ringflansch zur Anlage am Öffnungsrand des Trinkgefäßes, ein von der Bodenwand nach außen vorstehendes Trinkelement und ein Absperrmittel zum Absperren und Öffnen eines Durchgangs vom Innenraum zur Außenseite des Mundstückes, das zum Trinken öffenbar und ansonsten schließbar ist, aufweist, - ein Belüftungskanal in der Unterseite des Ringflansches oder in der Oberseite des Öffnungsrandes vorhanden ist, der sich von einer radial weiter innen liegenden und zum Innenraum des Trinkgefäßes hin offenen inneren Kanalöffnung aus bis zu einer radial weiter außenliegenden und zur Umgebung hin offenen äußeren Kanalöffnung erstreckt, zwischen diesen beiden Kanalöffnungen mindestens 0,75-fach um das Zentrum der Gefäßöffnung umläuft, eine Querschnittsfläche im Bereich von 0,02 bis 0,08 mm 2 aufweist und in einem steifen Material mit einem Elastizitätsmodul von mindestens 0,2 kN/mm 2 ausgebildet ist und - der Ringflansch mittels des Schraubringes in flüssigkeitsdichter Anlage am Öffnungsrand fixierbar ist.
