[origin: CN104276297A] The invention relates to a container filling product, preferably a device (1) used in a drink filling factory for filling drinks in containers. The device comprises a filling valve (2) and a gas channel (5). The filling valve is used for controlling filling product fluids filled into a container to be filled through a filling product outlet (26). The gas channel connected with the filling product outlet (26) is used for exerting tensional gas on the container to be filled and releasing pressure for pre-tensioning the container after a filling process. A steam cover (70) is further arranged. The filling product outlet (26) can be closed through the steam cover.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Befüllen eines Behälters mit einem Füllprodukt, bevorzugt zum Befüllen eines Getränkebehälters mit einem Getränk in einer Getränkeabfüllanlage, umfassend ein Füllventil (2) zum Steuern eines durch einen Füllproduktauslauf (26) in einen zu befüllenden Behälter gerichteten Füllproduktstroms, und einen mit dem Füllproduktauslauf (26) kommunizierenden Gaskanal (5) zum Beaufschlagen des zu befüllenden Behälters mit einem Spanngas sowie zum Entlasten eines vorgespannten Behälters nach der Befüllung, wobei eine Dämpfkappe (70) vorgesehen ist, mittels welcher der Füllproduktauslauf (26) verschließbar ist.
