[origin: WO2013134647A1] Provided are methods and kits for analyzing biomarkers in one or more signal transduction pathways in a cell, that permit simultaneous analysis of more than one biomarker and/or more than one signal transduction pathway. Further provided are methods for detecting whether a cell treated with an agent targeting a targeted biomarker is responding to the agent, or whether the cell is developing resistance to the agent, and methods for determining which biomarker to target in a diseased or damaged cell, or which pathway an agent is targeting in an agent-treated cell. Also provided are kits for carrying out the described methods.
