Protection elements (41 and 43) are arranged among the contact bases and the insertion plate. The protection elements (41 and 43) are pre-tensioned in respective closing positions through springs (47 and 49). The socket is characterized in that the first and second protection elements (41 and 43) are pre-tensioned in respective end part positions in different movement directions through the springs (47 and 49); furthermore, the second protection elements (43 and 45) are arranged on or next to the first protection element (41), and can move at a certain angle with the movement direction of the first protection element (41).
