[origin: WO2013140230A1] The present invention relates to a dry animal feed containing nutritive substances in a solid state, in particular in powder or granular form, and an emulsifying composition which comprises a soy derivative. Moreover, the present invention relates to a process for preparing said dry animal feed that envisages a step in which the emulsifying composition is added to said nutritive substances directly or, alternatively, in an indirect manner i.e. only after said emulsifying composition has first been added to a hydrophobic component and/or water.
